Thanks to the Robertson Trust

Thanks to a Wee Grant from the Robertson Trust, we are piloting the Stable Moments Project this Autumn. Designed to help children heal from developmental trauma, Stable Moments has been used effectively all over the USA but is available for the very first time in the UK here at the Tinnis Trust.

Young people in foster care work with one horse and one mentor once a week for one hour over the course of one year. Their sessions focus on the following life skills development areas for healthy transitions into adulthood:
